Frequently asked questions
How long does a management consultancy engagement take?
A typical diagnostic runs two to six weeks depending on the size of the business. Implementation support afterwards is optional and usually structured as monthly check-ins.
How do you charge?
Fixed fee, agreed before we start, based on a written scope. The first conversation is free — we’ll tell you honestly whether an engagement is worth it before you commit.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We serve clients across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and beyond — combining on-site visits with remote working sessions.
Do you implement, or only advise?
Both. Advice comes first, always. If the plan calls for systems or software, we scope and manage the build through our specialist partner network and stay accountable for the result.
How are you different from the big consulting firms?
You work directly with senior consultants, the recommendations are sized to an SME’s budget and team, and we measure success by what gets implemented — not by the thickness of the report.
